You can request deletion of your SMusic account and all associated data at any time. This page explains the process, what data gets deleted, and how to contact us.

How to request deletion

To delete your account and all associated data, follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to support@omeecron.tech
  2. Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request
  3. Include the email address associated with your SMusic account so we can identify it.
  4. We will confirm the deletion within 7 business days.
