You can request deletion of your SMusic account and all associated data at any time. This page explains the process, what data gets deleted, and how to contact us.
How to request deletion
To delete your account and all associated data, follow these steps:
- Send an email to support@omeecron.tech
- Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request
- Include the email address associated with your SMusic account so we can identify it.
- We will confirm the deletion within 7 business days.
What data will be deleted
When you delete your SMusic account, the following data will be permanently removed from our systems:
- Deleted Your account details (email, name, hashed password)
- Deleted All audio tracks you have uploaded to SMusic
- Deleted Listening groups you created (members will be notified)
- Deleted Your membership in other groups
- Deleted Playback history and in-app activity
- Deleted Device identifiers and session tokens
What data may be retained
For legal, security, and compliance reasons, some minimal data may be retained after account deletion:
- Server logs (IP addresses, access times): retained up to 24 months for security monitoring and abuse prevention.
- Anonymized usage data: aggregated statistics that cannot be linked back to you may be retained for service improvement.
- Legal records: if we are required by law to retain specific data (e.g., records related to a legal claim).
How long does deletion take?
- Email request: We will process the request and confirm deletion within 7 business days.
